Following the acquisition of software and outsourcing specialist Accurate Equity in March 2015, Equatex has completed the seamless integration of the company’s equity plan financial reporting solution into its compensation plan administration platform.
The integration of EquatePyramid allows Equatex to provide market-leading financial reporting capabilities as an integral part of their trusted EquatePlus platform. The company also maintains its own Financial Reporting Competence Centre, which has the longest experience with IFRS 2 reporting standards across the industry.
EquatePyramid allows compensation plan administrators to create a wide array of pre-defined reports such as expense, deferred tax assets and disclosure reports. Using the reports wizard, corporate clients create custom reports to meet their specific requirements regarding content and layout.
This latest enhancement of Equatex’s service offering represents a further step in the implementation of the company’s strategy to increase client value.
