Global compensation plan manager Equatex has announced the appointment of Kent Holding as Chief Financial Officer. The engagement brings additional financial services and regulatory expertise to the company’s executive board and will strengthen Equatex’s ability to deliver its ambitious growth strategy.
Kent Holding has assumed the CFO position on 1 June, taking over from his predecessor Gary Hughes. He has a successful and extensive track record of leading the finance function at a variety of companies such as broadcast infrastructure firm Emitel, a former Montagu portfolio company, where he helped to significantly increase financial performance. As the CFO of GE Money Bank in Poland, Kent gained in-depth experience with banking regulation and compliance, which will directly benefit Equatex’s business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in finance from Duke University.
Equatex CEO Andrej Golob said: “We’re very pleased to have Kent Holding join us for this position and welcome him to Equatex. His knowledge and experience in financial services and the regulatory landscape will further strengthen our ability to implement our ambitious growth strategy and increase our global footprint.”
