Equatex sees client satisfaction rise

Clients are particularly pleased with the company’s responsiveness and expert knowledge.

According to a recent client satisfaction survey, international compensation plan service provider Equatex shows a significant increase in satisfaction scores across all areas of its business. The survey represents the company’s first systematic and independently conducted client satisfaction research since it launched as a standalone business under the Equatex brand in early 2015.

Overall satisfaction with Equatex’s services increased compared to 2012, when the survey was last conducted. 82 percent of clients now rate their total satisfaction in either the highest or second highest category. According to the data, clients are particularly pleased with the company’s responsiveness (92%), expert knowledge (86%) and the availability of its compensation plan administration platform EquatePlus (99%).

Clients in the pharmaceutical & Chemical (94%) and Technology (93%) industries returned the highest satisfaction ratings while the UK (89%) was the highest scoring country.

When launching as a standalone company earlier this year, Equatex adopted a strategy more closely focused on client value. This has led to the introduction of new products, such as the EquateMobile App and enhancements to existing services, including the integration of EquatePyramid, a leading financial reporting solution.

Commenting on the survey results, Equatex Chief Operating Officer Frank Juhre said: “We’re pleased with these results as they show we’re on the right track. The 2015 client satisfaction survey was commissioned by Equatex and conducted by independent research firm The Information Factory who surveyed existing Equatex corporate clients online. Almost half of Equatex’s corporate clients across the globe took the opportunity to rate the company on various aspects of its services.
