The annual ProShare conference is one of the largest events of its kind in the UK and provides a perfect opportunity for plan issuers, administrators, advisors and providers to come together and share best practice, discuss new developments, enhance technical knowledge and network with share plan professionals.
This year’s event took place in London on 29 September. As one of the sponsors, Equatex hosted and were part of a programme of distinguished speakers that included senior business leaders and academics.
Managing Director of Equatex UK and France, Veronique Japp, and Chief Technology Officer, Adrian Wyss, spoke on “The Future of Employee Engagement”. They discussed how technology in the industry has evolved over the last ten years, moving from a focus on how websites are delivered to one where the customer’s needs and journey are at the heart of what is developed.
Adrian presented a case study on the next-generation user experience of Equatex’s platform, EquatePlus that recently underwent a complete overhaul in terms of design and functionality to help companies increase participation rates and engagement levels among compensation plan participants.
Stuart Bailey, Director of Business Development at Equatex UK, says the Conference was a huge success: “The event was one of the most successful ProShare Conferences that has been held. More than 300 people attended the Conference from a wide range of companies. Equatex remains a talking point within the UK industry in terms of our reputation for innovation and because of some of our new corporate client wins over the last twelve months. The session was very well attended and there was lots of positive feedback afterwards.”
