Job description and responsibilities:


The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the company’s marketing and communications activities, both external and internal. The focus is on communications support and coordination for client facing teams, working together with Group Marketing.


Key tasks of this diverse and challenging role include:


  • Project management, coordination, drafting/editing and copywriting of all the company’s internal and external communications such as for example client communications, integration communications, social media, website and internal announcements and more
  • Ad-hoc communications support for management teams as needed
  • Support the business by updating and coordinating, as required, appropriate marketing collaterals for use by sales and client facing teams
  • Create and publish contents on social media channels, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate updates on website
  • Publish and update marketing and communications contents on Confluence, the global Intranet
  • Support Group marketing as and when required on events


Qualifications, skills & knowledge:


  • Degree in Marketing/Communications
  • Experience in project management of marketing and communications projects in a global company
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and German, other languages a bonus
  • Experience of working in a changing corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability in event support
  • Good understanding of digital media and content marketing practices
  • Proactive and structured approach to work
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments
  • Hands on mentality
