FinSA – summary and brochure

The Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA) aims to establish industry standards for financial service providers. It requires that financial service providers implement stringent conduct rules and provide their clients with readily available information and documentation.

Equatex AG is authorised and regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and is licensed as a securities firm and as such will complement its existing practices with the newest FinSA measures.
